Service was great Cleaning 10/10 Staff 10/10 You have planing to move family vacation that’s the best hotels ever This hotel is amazing . Staff is friendly and available 24/7, every one love to help. The rooms are extra clean , breakfast is great, manager is very nice , we are very satisfied!!!! Perfect value for money . We are from Israel and will recommend

Great hotel in a budget. It's in Paharganj. The location was a bit tricky to identify since it falls on a narrow road. But the interior of the hotel is swanky and staff are very friendly and helpful. Food too was good. Overall a nice experience. Location is the only negative aspect as it's on a narrow road.

The location of the hotel is in very narrow location. The near by location is not that good and only one car can pass by near the hotel. The heater is not working. Uber doesn’t comes to that location as the road is very narrow and too much of traffic. If you do Uber to any location from there it will be too much of traffic. I would not recommend for family. The management is very bad they don’t accept card payment.

Excellent rooms.. small but well maintained, elegantly designed. Location is walking distance to New delhi Railway station .. they are providing you with welcome basket 🧺 with packet of chips/biscuits/fruits.. not many hotels do this even 4-5 stars.. Overall I had a small comfortable single night stay..

This hotel is not accommodating at all! Recently due to the fog in Delhi, we were not able to fly into Delhi, making our agenda delayed. Meanwhile, I had a reservation for this hotel. Originally I had requested for late check in as our flight may have been able to fly, but it was then cancelled. We then were diverted and I tried to have this hotel cancelled and refunded since we wouldn’t make it to Delhi. In the end, the hotel refused and now I am very disappointed as I had to pay full price for a hotel I couldn’t stay or even arrive at. Terrible service! Would not recommend if you need somewhere accommodating.
